Fractals datasets

The fractals synthetic data sets are synthetic hyperspectral images generated using fractals. The spectral signatures used to construct the scenes were obtained from the United States Geological Survey (USGS). Noise was added in different proportions to each of the five considered scenes. Additional details about the simulation procedure can be found in the following paper.

Hypermix Source code.

Hypermix tool Source code. This file includes the Cmake project for compile the hypermix tool and also the source code. Also is included a script for automatically install the dependencies for a debian system.

Ground truth for Fractal images

In this file there are the ground truth fracional abundance maps for the five synthetic fractal images and also the ground truth endmembers. They are in Matlab format.

Hypermix User Guide.

This is the Hypermix User guide. In this guide it is a brief explanation about how to install the software and also all the functionalities of the application are described in this user guide.

Dependencies installer.

This script allows you to install all the necessary hypermix dependencies (Orfeo toolbox, fltk, etc). This script it is ready for ubuntu linux, if you are using a different linux distribution it is possible that you need to do some changes in the script.

Hypermix 2.0

New version 2.0 of the Hypermix tool for remote sensed hyperspectral image unmixing. It includes several popular algorithms covering different steps of the hyperspectral unmixing chain.
